Catholic parents have a primary role in forming their children in Christian discipleship. New and expecting parents are invited to explore ways to live faith in their homes and raise their children to follow Jesus prior to scheduling their baby’s baptism.

A baptism preparation class for parents who would like to have their child baptized is held on the second Thursday of every month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. This session need only be attended once. The next session is meeting Thursday, August 8. For information on Baptism preparation, contact Hans Whitmer, Director of Faith Formation, at hwhitmer@strobertchurch.org or (616) 676-9111 ext 113.
