Interested in adding something to our parish calendar? We’d love to host you! In order to ensure that the resources of St. Robert of Newminster Church are used effectively, ALL parish ministries and guests are required to complete a Parish Event Reservation Form in its entirety. It is NOT guaranteed that your event will be approved. Events will be approved based on how the event embodies our Parish Mission and Vision statements, the parish calendar, space available, and personnel.

PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM AT LEAST TWO (2) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Any forms received later than two (2) months prior to the event may not be accepted or approved. Please expect a response no later than two (2) months prior to the event.

NOTE: A supplemental Event Set Up Request Form MUST be submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to the event. Immediately following your event, complete the appropriate Facilities Usage & Cleaning Checklist and submit to the Parish Office or Faith Formation Office within 24 hours of the event.
