The power is not estimated to be restored at the church until 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26. We still plan to celebrate Mass this evening at 6:30 p.m. – even without power. The emergency lights will be on, but the Sanctuary and Narthex will be darker than normal. Additionally, the HVAC system has not been running due to the power outage. It will be warm and muggy in the building.
We advise everyone wishing to attend Mass to exercise extreme caution when venturing out. Traffic lights may not be working and you may find downed power lines and trees blocking your normal route.
