Thirty-Fourth Week in Ordinary Time

PREPARE YOUR HEARTS:

ADVENT IS COMING

Join us this Advent season as we prepare our hearts and homes for the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Our staff has worked diligently to prepare a special page on our website for all things Advent. From the liturgical schedule to a special events calendar and everything in between (including seasonal resources for the ENTIRE family), we’ve got you covered! Check out the Advent at SRN page on our website today.

SPECIAL REPORT in November 26 Bulletin!

Did you miss the bulletin this weekend? We published our yearly financial report! The Diocese of Grand Rapids asks every parish each year to make a financial report available to its parishioners. Every parish is allowed to put the numbers together in the format that they think is easy for our parishioners to read. You will find it beginning on page 6 of our bulletin. Click the image to view the bulletin in it’s entirety. If you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out to our Business Office. They would be happy to meet with you!

REJOICE! An Advent Pilgrimage

EUCHARISTIC MIRACLES

Coming to SRN this Advent Season!

St. Robert of Newminster will be hosting an exhibit on selected Eucharistic Miracles throughout the centuries December 2 though 10. The exhibit will be available during normal office hours during the week (Mon – Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), as well as at times where we can obtain volunteers to be present with the exhibit. Volunteers are asked to be present during their time slot(s) to welcome visitors and direct them to the exhibit. No prior knowledge about the exhibit is necessary. A SignUp Genius for volunteers has been prepared here. Volunteers are asked to provide their email address and phone number in case the event coordinator(s) need to get a hold of them. Please direct any questions to Ryan Flaherty at (734)507-0109 or reach out to the Parish Office at ParishMail@StRobertChurch.org.

STUDENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Want your child to become more involved in our parish life? Invite them to be a greeter during our weekend Masses! Greeting is a beautiful ministry that really helps create a welcoming environment for all here at SRN. Just a quick smile and hello can really change someone’s day. Typical service obligation is once or twice per month, but totally dependent upon your family’s schedule. If your child is interested in serving with an adult member of your family, please contact Lu Paletta.
