Totus Tuus is coming to St. Robert June 14–19
Faith, Fun, Friendship, and a Week Your Kids Won’t Forget!
Dear SRN Families,
I’m writing to share about Totus Tuus Day Camp being held on the St. Robert of Newminster campus June 14 – 19 and to invite you to sign up your child(ren) to participate. Totus Tuus (“Totally Yours”) is our summer offering in place of Vacation Bible School in 2026.
Totus Tuus is a Vacation Bible School (VBS)-style offering with two programs:
- Grade School for ascending 1st – 6th graders during the day (Monday, June 15 – Friday, June 19, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) and
- Middle/High School for ascending 7th – 12th graders in the evening (Sunday, June 14 – Thursday, June 18, 6:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.). The program is sponsored by the Diocese of Grand Rapids and will be led by four energetic and specially trained college student missionaries who have given up their summer vacation to lead our kids to a closer relationship with Jesus and deeper love for their Catholic faith.
Schedule Details:
The daytime program will include dynamic instruction, fun games and activities, daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Confession, friendship, snack time and recess. This year’s themes are “The Commandments” and “The Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary”. You can check out the schedule for the week here.
The evening program will include big games, small group discussion, testimonies from the team about living and growing in their Catholic faith at college, nightly dinner, and a Thursday FUN NIGHT that will cap off an amazing week.For the detailed evening schedule, check out this link.
Cost:
The cost to register is $35/child or $99/family (max). For the day program, we’ll provide the daily snacks and drinks, but we’re asking families to send along a bag lunch with their child each day.
Past VBS programs at SRN have hosted as many as 200 kids. However, we are limiting this year’s registrations to 80 elementary students and 40 middle/high school students based on guidance from Totus Tuus leadership. If you are interested in having your child participate in this fun and faith-filled summer experience, we encourage you to register right away before enrollment reaches capacity.
