Volunteers in this ministry work together to support the bride and groom, their families, and guests by helping to ensure the wedding is both memorable and spiritual; assisting with the rehearsal, and coordinating details with the priest, wedding party, and musicians. The commitment is 1–2 weekends per year, attending the Friday rehearsal (typically 5:00 p.m.) and the Saturday wedding (usually 1:00 p.m.). Training and a stipend are provided.
