A reminder that Father Tony will be away from the parish on vacation Feb. 3-13 and that weekday Mass as well as confession and Adoration during the week will not be available. Please pray that God will bless Father Tony with true rest and rejuvenation over these days.

The following are cancelled at SRN: - First Friday Donuts on Feb. 6 is canceled as there is no morning Mass that day.
- The 9:00 a.m. First Saturday Mass on Feb. 7 will not be celebrated.
The following are happening at SRN: - Welcome Father Steven Borello! On Feb. 7-8, Father Borello, director of vocations for the Diocese of Joliet in Illinois, will be with us at SRN. Father Borello is visiting on behalf of the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) and will celebrate Saturday evening and Sunday morning Masses that weekend. (Read more below).
- On Feb. 7, Father Borello and a second priest will be available to hear confessions in the Reconciliation Rooms of the Eucharistic Chapel beginning at 3:00 p.m., and Eucharistic Adoration will be offered in the Chapel from 3:00 to 4:15 p.m. (enter through Door C)
- 9:00 a.m. Mass on Wednesday, Feb. 11 will be celebrated by Father Len Sudlik
- Following Father Tony’s return, we will resume our regular schedule again beginning Saturday, Feb. 14 up until Lent begins on Feb. 18. Additional details to come: Lenten resources will be available in the Feb. 8 bulletin and on our website, https://strobertchurch.org/.

Welcome Father Borello Feb. 7/8
|
The weekend of Feb. 7-8, while Father Tony is away on vacation, Father Steven Borello will be visiting our parish on behalf of the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS).
Ordained in 2011, Father Borello is the director of vocations for the Diocese of Joliet in Illinois.

He served with the Formation and Spiritual Direction staff at St. John Vianney College Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota as well as at Notre Dame in Clarendon Hills, Illinois, and Saints Peter and Paul in Naperville. Let’s give him a warm West Michigan welcome! After you’ve stopped to say hello to Father Borello, join us in Newminster Hall after the Sunday Masses for Donut Sunday.
FOCUS is a national organization serving college students at more than 259 campus/locations including ten international locations, 28 parish venues and ten digital expansion campuses. More than 1,062 FOCUS missionaries invite college students into a relationship with Christ and His Church, while equipping them for a lifetime of Catholic evangelization. FOCUS leads the annual SEEK conferences held in locations across the country. SEEK is a five-day experience bringing thousands of Catholics together to encounter Christ through prayer, adoration, the sacraments and inspiring speakers. Father Borello is excited to be with us soon and to share the hope of the New Evangelization!
